Duke Jeckus Orentas rules Vibet from his castle at Umim. Deeply suspicious of the undead in the Confederation of Arkhazzar, the Duke has sponsored lots of espionage attempts. They have been almost invariable unsuccessful, and many in Vibet worry of the Arhazzarian response.
