Duchess Katrin rules Vibet from her castle at Lagfell. Deeply suspicious of the undead in the Confederation of Arkhazzar, the Duchess has sponsored innumerable espionage attempts against them. They have been almost invariable unsuccessful, and many in Vibet worry of the eventual Arhazzarian response.
