Believing themselves to be destined to rule over Liras, Elder Rustam Galiev has expanded his dynasty's control from a small encampment at Gatuga to control the western archipelago along the Waters of the Gods. Pushing north into the jungle separating them from Icroston has proven costly, but Elder Rustam believes it can be done.
